Abstract EN

The study of the jurisprudence rules and related issues is considered to be of crucial importance among jurisprudents and researchers; because it generates in them the faculty of jurisprudence by linking the various doctrinal issues of different sorts with rules to gather their sporadicity, and reconcile them with each other, the thing that makes it easier to collect the counterparts and those of the instance.

One of the greatest rules of jurisprudence is the rule: (the greatest damage can be removed by the lighter damage), that’s why research has emerged to study this rule and its implications, and to clarify its jurisprudent applications on some contemporary family issues; so if two damages conflict, one is looked at, if it is known to be the greatest it is repulsed even by committing the lighter damage because the Islamic doctrine has come to affirm and supplement the interests and to disrupt and minimize the mischief.
