El Modwana is the most authoritative and reliable reference in the Malikite doctrine.

A part from the Malikite scholars induced a number of verdicts and rules from its texts.

As induction for those experts does not mean the process of discovering a general principle from a set of facts, the purpose of this study is to give a definition to the induction process, shed the light on its types and categories and finally evaluate the whole process in a scientific way.
