As a result of the economic benefits that will accrue to the poor as a result of tourist activity through the expansion of employment of the local population in tourism projects, and opportunities to create local projects offering services such as selling tourist souvenirs and gifts.

And the provinces of North level (Fayoum - Beni Suef - Minia) possesses many of the elements of tourist attractions, and in spite of that, the tourism industry does not contribute sufficiently to improve the conditions of members of the community in these provinces.
