Today the Algerian bond market occupies a significant place in the financing of businesses and the national economy.
The development of this market represents an important phase in the transition from the Algerian economy towards the market economy.
In fact, the financing of Algerian companies through this market is a preferred resource for financing business growth, given its advantage related to its real cost compared to the other financing means and the tax benefits pertaining to it.
In this respect, we were interested in the diagnosis of the only private sector company "SPA DAHLI" which issued a bond loan targeted at the general public in order to raise the necessary funds to finance its investments.

Le marché obligataire algérien occupe aujourd’hui une place non négligeable dans le financement des entreprises et de l’Economie nationale.
Le développement de ce marché constitue une importante phase dans la transition de l’Economie algérienne vers l’Economie de marché.
En effet, le financement des entreprises algériennes par le biais de ce marché constitue une ressource privilégiée de financement de la croissance des entreprises, compte tenu son avantage lié à son coût réel par rapport aux autres moyens de financement et par les avantages fiscaux y afférents.
A cet égard, nous nous sommes intéressés au diagnostic de la seule entreprise de secteur privée « SPA DAHLI » qui a émis un emprunt obligataire destiné au grand public afin de lever les fonds nécessaires au financement de ses investissements.
