Abstract EN

This study searches the human values in the prophet Mohammed (Peace be upon him) war’s, values shown in justice when dealing with enemies by never crossing the line when punishing and no attacking of the civilians.

In addition to this compassion and virtue when he forbids revenge, abusing enemy soldier’s corpses, and the use of lethal weapons that eliminated the existing life of humans, animals and plants.

This study also shows the prophet’s(Peace be upon him) humanity by saving the lives of his enemies in offering them safety by joining Islam.

As well as forbidding killing with hunger and thirst, and shows that the prophet (peace be upon him) had honored his enemies dead’s by never living anyone unburied.

Finally his treatment of the prisoners by accommodating them, respecting their humanity and their feelings, and providing them with all their necessities from food, clothes, housing and medical services without any discrimination between them.
