Abstract EN

The study aims at exploring the level of learning in Physics and its correlation with the critic thinking of the talented female students in the first grade of secondary stage in Aden.

The population of the study consists of 45 female students from Aden Exemplar}- Secondary School, 20 of them arc the most talented and intelligent students and 25 of them obtaining the first ranks .The population of the study, which was chosen randomly, has been tested in Physics in the levels of (remembering ,understanding and practice ) in addition to the critic thinking test that consists of five skills (knowledge of hypotheses, interpretation, evaluation, deduction and induction).Then , the data were manipulated by means of statistic techniques such SPSS.

The findings showed there is a difference of statistic reference (a= 0.05) in the level of learning in Physics due to the variable of the academic condition (talented and high ranked) in favor of the high ranked female students whereas this reference is absent in the level of critic thinking according to this variable.

The findings also showed that the population of the study exceeded the specific limit educationally (0.60) .the results of the critic Thinking test of the talented female students was (0.67) and for the high ranked (0.65) ,in favor of the talented female students with (0.02).

Moreover, the findings found out that there is no correlation of statistic reference in the study population (talented and high rank female students) and their remarks in the total tests in the skills of critic thinking and in the sub tests for each.
