Criterions of Scientific E-Publishing from the Viewpoint of Faculty Members of King Khalid University Aims of the Rcscarch: The research aims to determine the main criterions of electronic publication of scientific work from the viewpoint of faculty members King Khalid University.

Research Issue: The issue of this research can be state in this question: What are the main criterions of scientific e-publishing from the viewpoint of faculty' members of King Khalid University? Research Method: The descriptive analytical method has been used in the theoretical part as well as the application in field to apply the rcscarch appliance and analyzing results.

Research Sample : It consisted of 70 of faculty members of King Khalid University w ho has at least the Master degree in the first semester of 2013.

The Research Appliance : The researchers used electronic survey to collect data and they depend on it in the statistical analysis of research results.

A number of criterion* of scientific e-publishing have been reached.

The research proved the validity of these criterions .'l'hat is because these criterions have been taken from previous studied and researches.

Recommendations: In the shadow of the resnlts, the researchers recommend the following: 1- Applying these criterions to scientific e-publishing.

2- Doing further researches and revision of these criterions based on the new technology developments in e publishing.

3- Doing further researches to investigate of the efficiency and effects of these criterions.

4- Making a list of the criterions of scientific c-publisliing by the Ministry of Culture and Information in Saudi Arabia and recommended for adoption.

5- Holding seminars and workshops for faculty members to familiarize them with the most important criterions for scientific e-publishing.

6- The enactment of laws by the Ministry of Culture and Information on electronic scientific journals to protect intellectual property.

7- Distribution of leaflets which indicate the importance of electronic publishing to encourage this type of publication
