This study aims at unveiling the factors that determine ENS-Laghouat students’ choice of teaching as a profession.
In addition, it aims at finding any existing difference among these factors between students of Mathematics and Physics according to the following selected variables: gender and educational level.
The sample of this study consists of one hundred and twenty (120) male and female students.
The researcher aimed at discovering the factors that control ENS-Laghouat students’ choice to be teachers.
Moreover, it tries to classify these factors according to the ENS students’ educational level and gender
