Abstract EN

Of the most importent issues to be studied, the issues of the Child of unknow origin , the latter is multidinensional problem ; social issues , psuchological, religious, wich are becoming incereasingly dangerous in all societies, including our algerian society.

In the recent period , the unkonow origin theme took a wide place of interest on all areas, thats because they are part of society, and they are part of childhood wich is the legacy of the future, this has sparked great controversy anong jurists, clerics and psychologists, who called for the effective protection of this children, and give theme the most basic right is to recongnize their existence as a member of society, mone importantly is the search solutions are needed to eliminate this phénomenon The position of islam and laws differed, especially the algerian law in dealing with this phenomenon, but both agreed that this category should be recongnized and protected, and provide them with the necessary care.

In order to learn more about this subject, and how islamic law and law dealt with the phenomenon of unown children, and their protection, we ask the following question ; how algerian law and islamic law dealt with the phenomenon of children of unknown origin.

To answer this question, we will divide the intervention into three section ; what are the unknown origin first, unknown origin in the islam, second, and the légal protection for unknown origin thirdly.
