The aim of the researchers through the hiring of a descriptive approach analytical work to build a workable model clear methods for the benefit of the youth energies, in order that the scope of the discussed in this area will focus on discussion a three chapters.

The first chapters include the theoretical background which determine the concept of business incubators in terms of evolving .the chapter tow deals with the requirements, challenges and roles of business incubators.

The last chapter presents the contribution of technical incubators in the enterprises development; finally we review the major findings and recommendations
