The study is entitled as the Sustaining / Non-sustaining of Alienation among members in Sport and Youth administration.

It results on a number of conclusions: first, there is a relation between cognitive methods.

There is no statistical differences exist between the oppositional variants based on sex.

Moreover, there are no differences recorded at the level of seniority.

Finally, the research comes up with a conclusion that no differences on the residential area have been observed
