The issue of the family abuse towards children has had a considerable attention by researchers, scholars, as well as everyone engaged with the mental, family and academic problems of children, and this may be due to the key rol played by the family with regard to their children upbringing together with the formation of their personalities in the future, especially the determination of their educational , mental and social future which will be evident through the educational attainment of children, according to their academic success or failure.

Therefore , the irregular approaches have been limited in our research , entitled with: the impact of the family abuse upon the educational attainment of children, in the approach of negligence, the approach of authoritarianism , the approach of the mental pain provocation and the approach of cruelty.
