Social policy is part of public policy, As it is a set of government policies and programs aimed at addressing the social issues and problems existing in society, Which are mainly aimed at improving the standard of living of individuals, And upgrading it from level to level better than it, Therefore, this study aims to highlight the social reality in Algeria, and the social crises experienced by society, Highlighting both the crises of unemployment and housing, as the two most important crises in the Algerian state, In addition to the policies and efforts exerted by the Algerian state, and the challenges it faces in order to eliminate the unemployment and housing crises.
