Abstract EN

It is known that the egyptian auther " Nadjib Mahfoud" is one of the greatest moder arab writess, that their creative works attrated the easterm and western critics especially during the 80's when the arabic literature opened the gates of the internastional field.

One of the critics ; "Mahmoud el Rabaie",managed to make several works consisted from jinious on Nadjib Mahfoud 's novels like "read novel forms from Nadjib Mahfoud (1973)".

We will fous our studies on the image of the Mahfoud literary specially "the thief and dogs "and the flouvs of "Mahmoud el Rabaie"'s critisism ,and thus revise ,question and criticize his analysies of antithesisism and consiousness stream and observe some soial and philosophical and moral cases that the novel spoke about.
