Abstract EN

Local urban development in to days world is based on the need for self –help efforts of social participation with the efforts of the local administration in the pursuit of accelerating the development process and optimizing resources and local energies .

Social participation, in turn, requires social organization that stimulates the feelings of individuals and encourages them to contribute positively to the efforts of local development, by opinion, work or funding, and in turn to reject the values of negativity, indifference and excessive dependence on programs and projects carried out by the local administration.
