This scientific interest is the responsibility of sociologists and anthropologists, through studying the fields of interaction in this relationship, And the study of health conditions and the prevailing educational level, all this falls under the name of the cultural equation of medicine, health and disease within the social life.

Despite the development of medicine, different societies still know a variety of methods of treatment between what is traditional and what is modern.

Hence, modern medicine is no longer able to control the disease and understand the patient's behavior, especially after the issue of health has touched the interest of social, psychological and anthropological sciences, The influence of cultural, social and religious factors on the understanding and interpretation of the disease, as well as the choice of appropriate treatment, the patient is a biological organism, social and cultural affected by many variables that can facilitate or difficult to understand and diagnose the disease and choose the appropriate treatment.
