Today, scientific and technological progress has had a clear influence on the educational process.

Sothat ,Traditional learning is no longer able to meet the requirements of university institutions in an era of technological knowledge and skills, especially in the field of preparing and training human resources and frameworks to cope with the recent global trends in education.

Thus, it is necessary to look for a way that allows for openness to the different approaches, to achieve a real and strong support can contribute in improving the quality of teaching and make it more attractive and interactive.

this can be realized mainly throngh developing teaching methods in order to allow the leaner to reach high capacity of achievement since we can neither ignore the Traditional educational nor shut an eye on this electronic technology, the idea of an integrated approach based on the integration of traditional and electronic education of all kinds and forms has appeared and became known as Blended Learning
