Abstract EN

This study is based mainly on an answer to a pivotal question which is very important especially on the political level of the state.

It aims to know the educational origins in Algeria and its relationship with the major developmental change economic ones and their degree of influence on the educational content and curriculum- as a challenge that faced Algeria before and after the independence; therefore, stating goals to better achievement and support to arabize an orientation to evaluate scientific and technological methods and approaches As acquired theme policy, an educational importance actually appeared in reports and ministerial prisms that were each time indicate the necessity to put education for more actually development for the country.

Algeria has known several changes and partial reforms after the independence directly.

But after the charter of 1976 who carried massive organizational reforms to education.

Thus April 16th, 1976 is considered as a turning point in the path policy of education and a stage to recreate landmarks for the educational system in Algeria, Algeria hopes on this law to build a modern educational system able to accommodate and face economical challenges.

The nature of this study imposed the use of different approaches to discover such a widening theme as the educational policy in Algeria and its relationship with variable developments of the country.

Thus to highlight all these dimensions of the study, it was necessary to rely on the descriptive and historic analysis approaches and from the other hand the mathematic approach to access answers to questions about the formed theme study.

The study found that there is a relationship between the educational policy adapted in Algeria from 1976 to 2001 concerning economical, changes.

The educational policy is streaming from social philosophy that forms founding of contemporary societies
