This research deals with the problematic of the openning of the higher school of professors on social and economic institutious , regardless of the role played by these schools in the educational and pedagogical formation of studiants as teacher in various fields (primary , average, secondary ) however, there is a gap and a shortage that still exists,which is related to the need to develop a plan and a clear strategy in the near and long term to open to those institutions because we live in age whose name is associated with globalization, which requires that we do not live apart from what is going on around us , communicate and interact with it positively so that we can elevate these schools to the schools that are intellectually and intellectually productive and contribute to scientific and technological development because the capital and the real investment in it is the learner ( (student) , which becomes the framework of what is the various sectors and disciplines , which we want a distinctive and efficient framework and ca not come only with the presence of a teacher is well configured pedagogy , psychologically and professionally , which is the task that ensures by the higher schools of professors in various disciplines.

This research aims to Identify the most important difficulties faced by the higher schools of professors to open up to the social and economic institutions in addition to setting a certain strategy to activate this opennes through what the professors of higher schools see
