This article aims at shedding light on the causes that lead to work accidents in ELSABAA refinery which is an annex of SONATRACH Company in Adrar town.
It also shows and exposes security measures.
The study has achieved three important results.
First, there is a strong relationship between personal characteristics and the work accidents.
Second, the primary causes of work accidents are human not material.
Third, work accidents diminished by applying and following the company’s industrial security program.
