The political thought of both Masali El Haj and Sheikh Abdelhamid Ben Badis constituted a wide range of different methods of struggle in defending the political, economic and social rights of the Algerian people and the Maghreb and Islamic peoples (both Maghreb and the East), and they determined their total rejection of all forms of colonial domination and their positions.
