The research sought to identify the concepts of smart school, and track requirements, the review highlighted the global experience in smart school application, then put the proposed vision for the development of public education in Côte d'Ivoire in light of the smart school concept, the researcher used descriptive analytical analysis of the literature, research school smart relies on modern technology in all aspects of the educational process of learning, one of the most important requirements for creating electronic network at school and educational leader armed with adequate information about using computers and handle, and the availability of teaching staff with Entrepreneurial spirit and tendency to experimentation and innovation, and many countries of the world in smart school experience as the term for the development of education systems, and of the priorities of the development plan for the country, one of the main proposals for the application of the concept of the smart school in Côte d'Ivoire to provide computers and communication devices in schools for use in teaching and learning process, linked to the Internet, internal and external, that make it easier for employees to communicate effectively with the school variables and age requirements.
