Abstract EN

This paper aims to determine the extent of the impact of small and medium-sized family enterprises culture on their growth.

We have reviewed the concept and importance of organizational culture, the concept of small and medium-sized enterprises in general, in particular family enterprises, and we identified the characteristics of this type of enterprises.

The study seeks to clarify the nature of organizational culture prevailing in family enterprises, and how it can stimulate the growth of these entreprises.

Thus, we have studied the case of an Algerian Family enterprise; General Services & Trade Company "Al Dodah" Boumerdes.

The study concluded a number of results and we make recommendations.
