Abstract EN

The objective is to study the relation between the policies of promotion and the level of performance of the teaching staff of AlZaiem AlAzharie University, two assumptions were assigned and study were aiming to prove them , 50 individual participated in the study as a random sample from Faculty of Education, the researcher designed a questionnaire to collect initial data then analyzed with many statistical standards by the program (SPSS).

Results of the study revealed that there is no statistically significant relationship between policies and regulations of the promotion and performance of a faculty member at the A1 Zaiem A1 Azhari University and study concluded with the most important recommendations
