Abstract EN

The end of the nineteenth century and the beginning of the twentieth century has witnessed the end of all philosophical hopes nihilism were the result which ended the contemporary Western civilization as Nietzsche supposed, and this in turn has led to the absence of philosophical presence in the western human life, even if this absence was partially or relatively, but it led to the loss of enlightenment and civilizational sense of Philosophy, in addition to that human being became worthless, and this is what has led to the emergence of some currents which called for the need to focus on the scientific knowledge as a substitute for the philosophical knowledge and this is what we have seen with Logical Positivism, and what generated from the speech endings, which announced the end of philosophy and the end of the culture, as well as the end of the human, it’s no longer guided by the philosophy which leads its role, which has long played in the previous and past philosophical discourses and times, but these speeches promising the end of philosophy were not reflected often only for a self tendency of anti-philosophy, because philosophy will return in a new attitude through a lot of issues that will present science in particular, and this was confirmed by a lot of issues and considerations which has become discussed by philosophy and led to the emergence, for example, the Study of Bioethics which will deal with the scientific dimension in medicine, biology and the extent of its application to human.

The problematic of this paper revolved about the possibility of philosophy to reestablish and the performance of its humanitarian enlightenment? What is the land that the philosophy will be in these current times? What is the possible role that philosophy can play in a time of scientific and technological development? And why this presence of philosophy, which always comes late, that is to say during overnight and not in broad daylight?.
