The study aimed to identify The extent of implementation of modern teaching strategies on the disabled from the perspective of teachers, and the researcher focused on five modern strategies represented in the (peer teaching, theater curriculum, role-playing, museums education, concept maps and active learning).

To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive approach, based on the questionnaire study tool, which was applied to a sample of teachers in private and public education in institutes and programs, and the number of the total members of the study was (75) individuals, applied during the year 1435/1436 AH.

One of the most important findings of the study was the implementation of four modern teaching strategies represented in: 1- Active learning 2- Peer teaching, 3- Theater curriculum, 4- Concept maps.

museums education was not applied by the sample of the study.

obstacles of implementing the teaching strategies 1- peer teaching: represented In the school curriculum content density.

theater curriculum: some was the lack of tools and equipment in the school.

Visits Museum: was the scarcity of museums that serve people with disabilities.

concept maps: was the difficulty of understanding the relationships and links for students with disabilities.

active learning: represented in the palaces of the use of students with disabilities in higher-order thinking skills.

The study made several recommendations in light of the results as follows : the creation of museums that serve the disabled, the focus of the special education teacher preparation on the decision of modern teaching strategies and how to employ them with the disabled programs, training courses for teachers in-service on the employment of modern teaching strategies with the disabled.
