Abstract EN

This research deals with the study of the provisions of the minor with respect to its involvement in terrorist groups, as is obvious to one of the committee of the latter on the Islamic nation in general and Algeria in particular, and with the development of the fighting, recruitment and technology methods, the most dangerous methods that have become adopted by groups in the fight is the recruitment of minors either to fight suicide and projects, and either to move and transfer of information between terrorist networks.

This research seeks to compare the use of Islamic law with these delinquent from the community and between the use of positive law, and citizen statement of agreement and disagreement between them slide.
