Abstract EN

The study has been applied to a sample of 150 tourists &om different countries in five floating hotels and some workers in these hotels (100 persons).

The study aims to make use of the sample opinions concerning cruising and to identify the hardships and suggestions to develop it.

The study recommended the necessity of raising consciousness of employees in good dealing with tourists, developing floating hotels according to international qualities and making usual maintenance, providing all services and arranging amusing programs to make use of tourist’s free time during the trip.
