Tourism is one of the fastest grov ing industries in the worid.

It has become one of the most important sectors in the intematic lal trade.

From the economic perspective it is a productive sector plays an important part i i increasing the national income, improving the payment balance, moreover it is a source lor hard currency and an opportunity for the labor operation.

Many countries give attention to the importance of this sector and make it a national goal in their strategies.

These countries develop their resorts and tourist attractions to provide recreational tourism services and health services.

The study aims to determine the contribution of special menus of some Egyptian hotels and villages in developing the tourism sector, attracting more tourists.

This may be require to raise the efficiency of the human resources through training as well as developing the nutrition programs for the most common medical cases.

The study showed that although Egypt has a variety of tourist attractions, there is insufficient attraction from the Egyptian hotel industry towards developing menus to be similar to other countries in this regard (for example Jordan, Thailand, and so on).

The results indicated a lock of attention Compared with what is based in some developed countries in health care tourism such as Jordan.

The results also presented that there is no enough training for practitioners in food beverage field for the nutrition programs therapeutic.
