Abstract EN

The research aims at presenting a kinesthetic program for developing audiovisual selective attention of autistic children as well as its effectiveness in doing so.

Total number of 20 pupils constitutes the study sample.

They were deliberately selected from Brapt Hop School, Cairo Governorate.

The experimental method is being used to study the sample after being divided into two groups: the experimental group (10 pupils) and the control one (10 pupils).

The application of the program took 8 weeks (4 units, 16 lessons, 30 minutes is allocated for each lesson) .Research Results: A statistical significant difference is being found between the two groups ‘auditory and visual selective attention variables.

The variables are in favour of the experimental group.

Besides, the experimental group displays higher improvement percentage in research variables than the second group.

This is attributed to the kinesthetic program.
