he research tackles the sectorial distribution of the .tourism projects and its effect on the economic development in A.R.E.

.

The economic principle had been used - localization ratio and location coefficient - to judge and give a picture of the sectorial distribution of these projects, The results showed an unfair distribution.

Referring to the tourism production rules for every sector where the coefficient of localization is 0, 8 for the five stars hotels that mean that they do not distributed for the state ’ s sectors.

On the other hand, this coefficient reached a value of 0.01 till 0.13 for the rest of the hotels grades which mean that it is well spread.

This clears that the Egyptian hotels grades reached the sectorial coefficient which indicates it is well located vividly in sectors.

Therefore we can say that the sectorial distribution does not match the Egyptian hotels grades sartorially for the fair distribution but it was unfair.

This was probably due to political situations.

This is done by the gove^ent to enforce its political fix in the areas where the government finds its position for election voting is very weak.

This lead the ready working hands to leave the unlucky areas to the lucky ones.

The last type pushes and stresses on the tourism sectors where these areas change into publican ones.

The research recommends to put the economic principle into considerations on planning the sectorial distribution of tourist projects.
