Abstract EN

This study was conducted to determine the efficiency of the use of certain methods of modem information technology m the service of foreign and local Fast Food Restaurants, The study was conducted on SIX styles of modem technology at these Restaurants.

Through the study, determined was the impact of the use of Technoloeical methods on the satisfaction of customers and employees.

The results confirmed the importance of using methods of Information Technology, to improve the service and financial control, and to increase sales volume.
