Abstract EN

The goal of current research is to identify the effectiveness of the Montessori approach and tools used to practical life in the development of practical life skills among kindergarten children in the kindergarten settings applied Montessori in Riyadh as perceived by their mothers .The sample consisted of sixty of the mothers of preschoolers (n = 60) .I'o achieve the purposes of research, the researcher used descriptive approach, prepared a questionnaire and conducted it to a sample of mothers of children enrolled Montessori approach in Riyadh in order to identify the effectiveness of Montessori approach on the development of practical life skills with their children.

The search results indicated the effectiveness of Montessori approach on the development of practical life skills among kindergarten children and the importance of using Montessori approach in the development of life skills for the child .

Also; the results of the search referred to the effectiveness of e Montessori approach in the development of practical life skills for children in kindergartens that apply Montessori approach.

The results proved that the child to practice the skills of basic daily life, personal care skills, the skills of caring for the environment, and interpersonal skills.
