The purpose of this research is to highlight the role of cultural heritage in achieving sustainable tourism development in the context of globalization.

The whole world is talking about heritage and wants to protect it and preserve it and to restore what is damaged and lost because everyone is looking for his identity and its roots in the past.

Because many peoples and nations today fear that modern civilization, hungry for material gain, will erase the effects of societies that have preceded us and become extinct.

Cultural heritage touches all human beings, and any heritage that was everywhere is not limited to the society that belongs to this place, because what man makes, no matter how great, is only a building block in the civilization of man that grows and evolves, and is transmitted from generation to generation.
