Abstract EN

The research associates with significant study of important subject which is dower which considers as important matter in human’s life ، and it is necessary to know the divorce judgment and the extend of its legitimacy since it doesn’t less than being contract which presented to woman by man .

The value of this thesis implies as being related with one aspect of obligatory principle aspects for Muslims ، trying to declare the meaning of dower with its judgment in Islamic law ، conditions ، characteristic and the wisdom behind its judgment ، also reveals the ability of scholars to derive the legitimate principles from the context of Holy Quran and Sunna ، in order to recognize the scholar’s approach in deriving .in the last I ask Almighty Allah to make us success for what he demand and agree ، and to accept this deed ، help of Allah Almighty that he listens and responds to pray
