Abstract EN

The stud)- aims to prepare a counseling training program for developing some psychological and emotional skill m mentally handicapped children who are able to leam.

Tools of the Study: 1- A poll for teachers to determine a list of psychological and emotional skills of mentally handicapped children who are able to leam.

2- Stanford Bmet Intelligence Scale, fifth Edinon (SB-5).

3- An observational card to register psychological and emotional skills.

4- A measure to test psychological and emotional skills.

5- The counseling training program.

Study Sample: The study sample consist of ten (10) mentally handicapped children whose IQ levels ranges (from 50 to 70) in the School of Intellectual Education in Assiut city.

Results of the study: This study assists the mentally handicapped children who are able to leam in developing some psychological and emotional skills.
