The research aimed at attempting to know the effect of the security situation on Baiji refinery and its affiliations utilities between years 2014 before entering the terrorists of ISIS and 2015 after entering the ISIS and making the research region the military operation area between the security forces and the popular crowd and remnants of ISIS the terrorists.

Through the research It has identified Baji and its affiliated utilities sustained by aerial photographs of the refinery besides the products of the refinery and benzene and the white oil‘ gasoil and fuel gas.

The researcher used the remote sensing and special programs of geographic data by taking Visible satellite for refinery and its affiliated utilities for the year 2014( the security stability year ) and Visible satellite for refinery and its affiliated utilizes( year of security deterioration) and making comparison between the two factors after specifying the parts subjected to burning and deconstruction as a result of the military operations whose area amounted(1223596m2) of the total area of the refinery(10810000 m2) that the refinery has lost manufacturing utilities as a result of the security situation of(28.04%) from its manufacturing utilities total area.
