Abstract EN
The study aimed at detecting the effect of using mini-games and the program prepared by the trainer in developing some of the physical abilities, mental abilities and the schematic knowledge of football players.
The second objective included a comparison between the use of mini-games and the program prepared by the trainer in the development of some physical and mental variables and schematic knowledge of football in the post-test.
The researcher hypothesized that there were significant differences between the results of the pre and post tests in the development of some physical abilities and mental abilities and schematic knowledge of football and the two groups of research.
There were also significant differences between the two research groups in the post-test.
The search community was determined by the players of the Karkush sports club for the 2012-2013 season, totaling 30 players who were chosen in a vertical manner.
The research sample consisted of (24) players after the goalkeepers were excluded and a number of players were not equal with the rest of the sample members.
The sample was divided into two experimental and control groups by 12 players per group.
The researcher used a set of physical and mental tests and the special test the schematic knowledge of the football players.
The pre tests were carried out and the main experiment followed by the post- The results of the study were analyzed statistically using the statistical bag (spss).
A number of conclusions were reached, the most important of which was that the experimental group surpassed the control group in some physical abilities, mental abilities and knowledge of football in the post-test.
