The study aimed to identify the (role of social networks in the give the deaf and hard of students hearing scientific concepts).

and to identify the obstacles that limit their use as well as develop proposals contribute to increased activation of its role, to achieve the researcher adopted the descriptive analytical approach these targets also adopted the resolution as a tool to study , The study population consisted of institutes and programs for deaf and hard of hearing students in Riyadh, the sample of the deaf and hard of hearing students represented in Riyadh and the number (50) students.

The study concluded: that the majority of deaf and hard of students to use social networking sites rate hearing, "every day." That the deaf and hard of students agree hearing a large extent on the role of social networks.

With a mean (2.34 to 3), and results showed that the deaf and hard of students hearing agree moderately obstacles with a mean (2.27 to 3), and the results showed that the deaf and hard of students hearing largely agree on the proposals with a mean (2.40 to 3), the most prominent of these proposals is to provide opportunities for students to communicate through a variety of methods (audio / visual).

The study recommended (by providing programs suit the deaf and hard of hearing students' abilities, and to establish their own educational sites).
