The aim of this study is to try to figure out the relationship between civil society and cultural issue and the issue of democracy, whether in the Arab world, and raises a lot of questions and discussion.

This suggests the current scene of political systems, parties and civil society in any way difficult or impossible, and warns the ruling authorities of spreading democracy to what might lead this posting to the collapse of the State and society, and on the prevailing political culture with this democracy as a plant Not compatible with the colonial heritage and traditions, all of this is connected to the cultural issue in the Arab world and the civil society manifestations.
