Abstract EN

This paper aims at highlight the relation between labor Inspectorate and labor market by clarifying its role in supervising the procedures and conditions of employment, with yielding the freedom of work contract between the parties to work relations to a set of controls and restrictions to ensure objectivity and fairness of operations from the policy of operational development and regional balance and combatting unemployment.

We discussed the following elements: definition of the Labor Inspectorate, the importance and role of the labor market, some observations on labor policies and operating policies in Algeria, and inspection of work procedures and conditions of employment.
