Abstract EN

In this research, I discussed the basic rules for the coordination of terrorism, and found that the structure that helped its elements to manifest the form of terrorism, which is the arbitrary authority that is the first machete of terrorism.

It is the authoritarian and dictatorial methods and the oppressive means of violence.

Alongside them to strengthen the subject of terrorism, was the texts of poetry that indicate the dictatorship of the various factions, more present in the research, because the dictatorship is the most important causes of terrorism, and we conclude that authoritarianism and dictatorship are the basis of the foundations of the emergence of terrorism in the Iraq.
