This research is an attempt to study one of the aspects of African economic history during the Hafsa era, which is critical because of its historical and cultural significance, aiming at a deeper understanding of the role of the economy as an engine of history and a factor influencing the development of societies.

This is why we wanted the study to be unified between the money and its analysis and linking it to various political and social aspects.

Methodologically, the reliance on the books of jurisprudence will depend on sources of historical literature, specifically the Parisian insults.

The jurists dealt with these issues in the context of dealing with people's daily transactions.

They have included in their writings many fatwas that reflect the economic situation in the Islamic West.

These fatwas provide a rare historical addition to their credibility and reflect the living reality of societies.
