Abstract EN

The present study aimed to identify the attitudes of workers in the justice sector towards training in modern technologies and their impact on their job performance.

The study also aimed to answer the following questions: 1-What are the attitudes of workers in the justice sector towards training in modern technologies? 2 -What is the level of performance of workers in the justice sector? 3 - Is there a correlation between the attitudes of workers in the justice sector towards training in modern technologies and their job performance? In order to answer these questions, a sample of 177 workers was selected in the justice sector in the state of Mseila in a systematic manner.

The questionnaire examined the attitudes of the workers towards training in modern technologies and the performance measure.

The study found a number of important results.

Some recommendations were suggested in the light of these results.
