Abstract EN

This study attempts to shed light on the issue of the failure of the state in Libya, and how this failure affected the national security of Algeria by examining the most important security threats that accompanied this stage of international failure, and through it the most important causes and factors that contributed to failure according to a different chronology track Stations passed by the state in Libya, at the beginning of 2011, Libya witnessed a wave of popular protests that began at the beginning of its rejection of the economic and social conditions it was living in.

It later turned into a call for the overthrow of the Gaddafi regime and its transformation into a direct armed confrontation with Muammar Gaddafi's forces.

After the fall of the Muammar Gaddafi regime, Libya became open to all security threats as a result of the total failure of the state institutions and the absence of any supreme authority exercising its sovereignty across the entire Libyan territory.

Libya thus became the scene of armed conflicts and conflicts between different factions and armed militias.

This led to the growth of various threats and security threats such as terrorism Organized crime, smuggling, trafficking in human beings and illegal migration, which have threatened the Libyan regional security in general and Algerian national security in particular, which since the beginning of the Libyan crisis has sought to find ways to resolve this crisis to reduce the Security threats resulting from a comprehensive approach.
