Arabic Abstract
هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى دور الأنشطة اللامنهجية في تنمية السلوك الانفعالي و الاجتماعي لدى أطفال رياض الأطفال، من وجهة نظر معلمات رياض الأطفال، تكونت عينة الدراسة من (١٥٠) معلمة رياض أطفال تم اختيارهم من رياض الأطفال التابعة لوزارة التربية و التعليم الحكومية و الخاصة في مدينة عمان و المحافظات للعام الدراسي (۲۰۱۷-۲۰۱۸)، و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي.
وقد تم تطبيق أداة الدراسة بعد التحقق من صدقها وثباتها والتي كانت في المجالين الانفعالي و الاجتماعي باستخدام معامل الاتساق الداخلي (كرو نباخ ألفا) للتحقق من ثبات أداة الدراسة، وللإجابة على أسئلة الدراسة تم إجراء التحليل الإحصائي باستخدام التكرار والنسب المئوية والمتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية وتحليل التباين الأحادي وخلصت الدراسة الى جملة من النتائج وأهمها أن دور الأنشطة اللامنهجية التي تنفذ في رياض الأطفال في تنمية السلوك الاجتماعي و الانفعالي عند أطفال رياض الأطفال من وجهة نظر معلمات رياض الأطفال بشكل عام مرتفعة حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي له (٤.٣٨)، و بانحراف معياري (٠٠٤٣٣)، وحاز المجال الانفعالي على أعلى متوسط حسابي وأظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق بين نتائج وجهة نظر المعلمات في دور الأنشطة اللامنهجية، وفقا لمتغير المؤهل العلمي و سنوات الخبرة ونوع الروضة إن كانت روضة حكومية أو خاصة.
و في ضوء نتائج الدراسة، توصي الباحثة بالعديد من التوصيات أبرزها إجراء مزيد من الدراسات حول الأنشطة اللامنهجية و استثمارها في تنمية سلوك الأطفال في المجالات الأخرى ولفئات عمرية مختلفة، كما توصي الباحثة بإعداد برامج للأنشطة اللامنهجية الممكن تطبيقها في رياض الاطفال ليتم اعتمادها ضمن المناهج الرسمية.
English Abstract
The aim of this study is to determine the role played by the extra-curricular activities in developing the emotional and social behaviors of kindergarten children from the perspective of their teachers.
The sample of the study comprises (150) kindergarten children selected from public and private kindergartens in the city of Amman and other governorates for the school year 2017 – 2018.
To achieve its goals, the study adopted the descriptive method.
The instrument of the study was first tested for validity and reliability before being applied to the emotional and social fields.
The study, therefore, used the Kronbach Alfa of internal coefficient to check the validity of such instrument.
In answering the study questions, statistical analysis was conducted using repetitions, percentages, means, standard deviations, and unilateral discrepancy.
The study came up with the following results; the most important of which is the significant role that extra-curricular activities play in developing the social and emotional behaviors of the kindergarten child, from the perspective of their teachers.
The arithmetic mean was (4.38) with a standard deviation of (0.433) with the emotional field getting the highest arithmetic mean.
The results also showed that there were no differences between teachers’, perspectives regarding the role of extra-curricular activities pertaining academic qualifications, years of experience, and type of kindergartens, whether public or private.
In the light of the study results, the researcher suggests many recommendations the foremost of which is to conduct many studies on extracurricular activities in order to benefit from them in developing the behaviors of children in other fields with different age groups.
The researcher also recommends to design programs for extra-curricular activities that can be applied to kindergartens and be part of the official curricula.
