أثر برنامج تدريبي مبني على مهارات التفكير الإبداعي في دافعية الإنجاز لدى الطالبات الموهوبات بالمرحلة الثانوية في المدينة المنورة

Abstract EN

This study aimed to explore the impact of a training program based on creative thinking skills in heightening motivation among talented students.

The study sample consisted of (40) talented high school students who were enrolled in the talent summer program at Taibah University.

The students were randomly distributed into two equivalent groups: an experimental group and a control group.

A training program for the development of creative thinking skills was developed.

The experimental group was subjected to the program’s activities.

Motivation level was then measured among the experimental group and the control group on a scale of (30) paragraphs which was developed for the purpose of the study.

Findings revealed the presence of statistically significant differences in the degree of motivation among the members of the control group and the experimental group, where the value of t was (19.87) in favor of the experimental group, the average motivation level of which was (60.50) compared to (44.10) for the control group.

This difference seemed to be attributed to the training program aiming at heightening the level of motivation among talented students.
