Abstract AR

The local management function, as an executive authority at the local level, is providing public services to the citizens and the embodiment of local development.

Accordingly, many researchers believe that it can’t fulfill its functions in best way without involving of the various components of its community and the most important actors in it, in particular, civil society institutions on the basis that they are aware of their needs and the specificities of their communities.

Based on the foregoing, this research paper will identifying the role of civil society participation in improving local administration services and local development, and we will presenting a model of a local association works to promote development projects for the benefit of the fragile classes in the society.
