The Palestinian Judicial System suffers from many problems.

Of the most obvious what is concerning the files slack and accumulation and the long time of judgement، also the hard procedures of challenging the rules and other problems that concern the litigants and the regular courts are unable to deal with.

This is negatively reflected on the individuals’ relations.

The alternative methods of solving the disputes are considered public، and especially the arbitration and intercession are effective methods and are necessary to reform the Palestinian judiciary، because these methods have characteristics that made them effective in solving the disputes and reducing the regular judiciary problems، so they will participate in reformimg the judiciary system.
