It is necessary to say that compliment is one of the methods which the Imams ( P.U.Th) had followed in exhibiting judgments field ; they might dropped exhibiting a judgment as it did not agree with their opinion or with the famous.

They were had dealt with the topic gradually, or even, not directly ; to deal with a part of the topic and if the receiver was able to understand it they would deal of the other parts because their hadith were so difficult.

Yet it is not a permanent phenomenon, it depended on the circumstances to declare the real judgments, so there would be a kind of the external disagreement between the judgment in the second case and that in the first case of the compliment time.
